- clinical hypnosis amplifies your will power to ensure that you can stop in the most appropriate way for you
- clinical hypnosis can lower tension levels which tend to rise when other less complete methods are used
- clinical hypnosis helps to circumvent some of the more commonly accepted side effects, such as weight gain and irritability
A session of hypnotherapy to stop smoking takes around sixty to ninety minutes, and the aim is to enable you to regain control and stop smoking. You will also be given confidence building and strategies to remain a non-smoker in those stressful situations where previously you would of resorted to smoking for relief.
The sessions also include emphasis on any concerns that you may have about becoming a non-smoker, such as putting on weight or not being able to concentrate without a cigarette to hand. You will leave the session feeling fine and relaxed.
